Welcome to Exsetra. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Exsetra website, services, and platform (“Exsetra”).

By creating an account, browsing, buying, or selling on Exsetra, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

   Exsetra acts as a facilitator, not:

   • A party to the transaction.

   Sellers and buyers enter into a direct contract with one another.

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

   Account Requirements

   You must create an account to buy or sell. You agree to:

   • Provide accurate and truthful information.
   • Keep login details secure.
   • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

   Prohibited Activities

   While using Exsetra, you must not:

   • Impersonate another person.
   • Attempt to bypass platform security.
   • Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal behaviour.
   • Send or ask for payments outside the platform.
   • Upload explicit sexual content, nudity, or prohibited items.
   • Use the platform for escorting, adult services, or sexual solicitation.

4. Selling on Exsetra

   Seller Fees

   Sellers pay no fees.

   A 10% platform fee is added to the buyer’s total at checkout.

   Listing Rules

   All listings must:

   • Be genuine, physical items.
   • Be clean, hygienic, and legal to sell.
   • Not contain bodily fluids or used sexual products.
   • Not violate any laws.
   • Not mislead buyers.

   Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and safe packaging.

   Prohibited Items

   Sellers may not list:

   • Sex toys (new or used).
   • Used underwear or intimate garments that are unwashed.
   • Explicit images or pornographic material.
   • Items containing bodily fluids.
   • Controlled or illegal items.
   • Services, digital content, or meet-ups.
   • Weapons or dangerous goods.

   Exsetra may remove listings without notice.

5. Buying on Exsetra

   Buyer Responsibilities

   Buyers agree to:

   • Purchase only through Exsetra.
   • Pay all required charges.
   • Provide accurate shipping information.
   • Confirm item receipt promptly.

   Platform Fee

   A 10% platform fee is added at checkout and paid by the buyer.

   No Off-Platform Payments

   Sending money outside Exsetra voids:

   • Safety protections.
   • Refund eligibility.
   • Escrow coverage.

6. Payments and Escrow

   Secure Payment Processing

   All payments are processed through accredited third-party providers.

   Escrow System

   Funds are held in escrow until:

   • The buyer confirms delivery, or
   • A set period passes with no dispute.

   Payouts to Sellers

   After confirmation, sellers receive 100% of the item’s price, released securely to their payout method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

   Seller Responsibilities

   Sellers must:

   • Ship within the stated time.
   • Use safe, discreet packaging.
   • Provide tracking where possible.

   Buyer Responsibilities

   Buyers must:

   • Provide accurate addresses.
   • Accept delivery.
   • Confirm receipt.

8. Refunds, Disputes and Support

   Refunds

   Refunds are handled case-by-case and may be issued if:

   • The item never arrives.
   • The item is significantly not as described.

   Refunds are not issued for:

   • Buyer’s remorse.
   • Liking or not liking the creator.
   • Expectations based on personal fantasy.

   Disputes

   Both parties must communicate honestly. Exsetra may intervene at its discretion.

   Platform Authority

   We may:

   • Issue refunds.
   • Withhold funds.
   • Remove listings.
   • Suspend accounts.

   We are not obligated to resolve disputes but will act in the interest of safety and fairness.

9. User Conduct and Safety

   You agree not to:

   • Harass, threaten, or stalk other users.
   • Request explicit content.
   • Engage in sexual communication.
   • Attempt to meet sellers or buyers offline.
   • Distribute private information of others.

   Violation may result in immediate account removal.

10. Intellectual Property

    All Exsetra branding, logos, design, and site content are owned by Exsetra and may not be copied or reproduced.

    Users retain rights to their uploaded photos and content but grant Exsetra a licence to display them for their listings.

11. Platform Rights

    We may, at any time:

    • Modify or remove content.
    • Ban users.
    • Halt transactions.
    • Update features.
    • Change these Terms.

    Continued use means you accept any updated Terms.

12. Liability Disclaimer

    Exsetra is not responsible for:

    • Items lost in transit.
    • Misrepresentation by users.
    • User behaviour.
    • Financial losses.
    • Personal disputes between users.
    • Actions taken outside the platform.

    Your use of Exsetra is at your own risk.

13. Termination of Accounts

    We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

    • Violating these Terms.
    • Unsafe or illegal behaviour.
    • Fraud.
    • Abusive conduct.
    • Chargebacks.
    • Attempting off-platform payments.

    Upon termination, access to your account will cease.

14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
