All sellers on Exsetra are required to list items honestly and in good faith. By listing an item, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner of the item.
- The item is accurately described, including its condition and any relevant details.
- The item complies with UK laws regarding the sale and postage of second-hand goods.

Hygiene & Safety
To protect our community, all items listed on Exsetra must be clean, safe, and suitable for handling and shipment.
- Items must be washed or sanitised before posting.
- The sale of items containing bodily fluids, stains, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
- Listings may reference that an item was “worn” or “featured” in content, but must not include explicit or obscene descriptions.
Exsetra reserves the right to remove any listing that violates hygiene, safety, or content standards.

Authenticity & Condition
Sellers must accurately represent their items.
- Misleading descriptions or counterfeit items are not allowed.
- Buyers must be informed if an item has any flaws or signs of wear.

Payments & Fees
Sellers receive payment securely through Exsetra once a transaction is completed. Sellers keep 100% of their earned fees and shipping costs.
- A 10% selling fee applies to each sale to cover platform.

Shipping & Privacy
Sellers are responsible for packaging and dispatching items discreetly and safely within the stated delivery time.
- Exsetra recommends neutral packaging to ensure both buyer and seller privacy.

Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted on Exsetra:
- Items containing bodily fluids or other biological matter.
- Explicit sexual materials or fetish content.
- Illegal or restricted goods under UK law.

Compliance & Enforcement
Exsetra reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any listing or account that breaches these policies. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account removal or legal referral.
