Guidelines for listing, buying and using Exsetra responsibly.

Seller Policy

  1. Seller Responsibility

    All sellers on Exsetra are required to list items honestly and in good faith. By listing an item, you confirm that:

    • You are the rightful owner of the item.
    • The item is accurately described, including its condition and any relevant details.
    • The item complies with UK laws regarding the sale and postage of second-hand goods.
  2. Hygiene & Safety

    To protect our community, all items listed on Exsetra must be clean, safe, and suitable for handling and shipment.

    • Items must be washed or sanitised before posting.
    • The sale of items containing bodily fluids, stains, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
    • Listings may reference that an item was “worn” or “featured” in content, but must not include explicit or obscene descriptions.

    Exsetra reserves the right to remove any listing that violates hygiene, safety, or content standards.

  3. Authenticity & Condition

    Sellers must accurately represent their items.

    • Misleading descriptions or counterfeit items are not allowed.
    • Buyers must be informed if an item has any flaws or signs of wear.
  4. Payments & Fees

    Sellers receive payment securely through Exsetra once a transaction is completed. Sellers keep 100% of their earned fees and shipping costs.

    • A 10% selling fee applies to each sale to cover platform.
  5. Shipping & Privacy

    Sellers are responsible for packaging and dispatching items discreetly and safely within the stated delivery time.

    • Exsetra recommends neutral packaging to ensure both buyer and seller privacy.
  6. Prohibited Items

    The following are not permitted on Exsetra:

    • Items containing bodily fluids or other biological matter.
    • Explicit sexual materials or fetish content.
    • Illegal or restricted goods under UK law.
  7. Compliance & Enforcement

    Exsetra reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any listing or account that breaches these policies. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account removal or legal referral.

Buyer Policy

  1. Authenticity & Trust

    Exsetra connects fans directly with verified creators and sellers.

    We work to ensure that every listing is genuine and accurately described, but buyers are encouraged to review item details carefully before purchasing.

    If an item arrives significantly different from its description, you can report it to our support team for investigation.

  2. Payment Protection

    • All purchases made through Exsetra are processed securely.
    • Payments are held in escrow until the transaction is confirmed as complete. A 10% platform fee is added at checkout, which helps keep Exsetra safe, verified and running smoothly - sellers never pay any fees.
    • Buyers should never send payment outside the platform – this ensures both safety and eligibility for support.
  3. Discretion & Privacy

    • We strongly advise sellers to ship all orders in discreet, unbranded packaging.
    • Personal information shared during checkout is kept confidential and never shared with sellers beyond what is necessary for delivery.
    • Exsetra complies with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
  4. Hygiene & Safety

    Items sold on Exsetra must be clean and safe to handle.

    If a product appears unhygienic or unsafe upon delivery, please contact our team immediately.

    For hygiene reasons, returns may not be accepted for certain intimate items unless they arrive damaged or misrepresented.

  5. Returns & Refunds

    Because Exsetra items are often one of a kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be offered if:

    • The item never arrives.
    • The item is significantly different from the listing.
    • The seller fails to follow platform rules.

    All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  6. Prohibited Use

    Buyers agree to use Exsetra respectfully and legally. The following are not permitted:

    • Requesting or purchasing items that breach hygiene or safety laws.
    • Attempting to contact sellers off-platform for explicit or prohibited content.
    • Harassment, blackmail, or misuse of personal information.

    Violations may result in permanent account suspension and legal action if necessary.
